Your client is not your parent, and you’re not here to fix them. I see so many brilliant, heart-on-fire mentors doubt their mastery because a client finishes the container still human. Shocker!😱 Newsflash: that’s normal. 
Your job is to lead, not to rescue. To hold space, not to save. When the Healer archetype slides into its shadow (The Fixer) you: 1️⃣Disempower the client → “you need to be fixed”
